I have always received courtesy, prompt and efficient service in preparation for the ITV, which I am unable to do for myself as, I am female and barely aware how it all works. Travelling round Malaga area my ML500 broke its radiator fan, I contacted Alan and he understood immediately what was wrong, contacted Mercedes and had them deliver the new part which was fitted two days later.
