We rented a Fiat 500 (prepaid) we got an Opel corsa (brand new). The car was very nice to drive. Pick up was easy and the workers didn't try to oversell anything. Asked and no was enough. Return was easy, filled the tank and returned with the receipt. The tank was also full on pickup. Still ofc always take pictures etc, but for us this went very smoothly and were left satisfied with everything.
