Picking up the car was straightforward and there were no problems with the car. On return I went to the wrong car park which caused a delay but the staff member was understanding. There was no hassle and my deposit was returned the same day. I would definitely book with Malco again
Respuesta del propietario · Hace un mes Thank you Steven! We're happy everything went smoothly and appreciate your kind words. Hope to see you again soon!

Respuesta del propietario · Hace una semana Hi Cyrielle, thank you very mucho for your words and evaluation. Best regards

Everything was ok - the car has been delivered to the meeting point at the airport and collected from the same place as well. Car was ok, no problems with it. The deposit has been returned to my account on the next day. Thank you! In my opinion the company is trusty and the service is worth its price. Te only (slight, anyway) inconvenience is lack of the office in the airport. Jan from Poland
Respuesta del propietario · Hace un mes Thank you, Jan, for your honest feedback! We're glad you found our service trustworthy and the process smooth. We appreciate your note about the airport office and will keep improving. Hope to assist you again!
