Booked well in advance and downloaded the Europcar App on my phone. I then uploaded all the info they asked of me and it was worth it to speed up on collection. I picked up the car and noticed that there were a couple of scuffs / dents that I was not willing to pay for so I went back and pointed them out and the guy was fine. Pretty good and quite speedy through their processes. Hard sell on the extra insurances even when I already had them. Make sure you take lots of pictures of the vehicle to prove you did not damage the car. Every little mark was challenged.
