Charger is inside the car park, on the first floor, just before the exit barrier. Only one out of three machines were working, so only two cars can charge. Only type 2 chargers. Charging was free and there was no time limit. The sign says that the first 30minutes parking is free. After that you pay around PS2 per hour for parking.
