Before you get there make sure to download the app and register. Use the app to start the charging. The app is useful to see what is available and monitor the charging. It may take a minute for the charging to start. It is not a fast charger. Fortunately the historic center is not far so you can do something while it is charging. The payoff for all the trouble is that charging is FREE. Think about how much you save on gas.
