Finally found one that works. Free of charge. No tokens. No rfid card. Plug in and go. AC. Approximately 7 to 11kw. 11kw capable on the Fiat 500e. You'll need to bring your own type 2 AC cable. Found in the basement car park of IKEA near to the lifts in the centre of the building.
