The staff are all excellent they are absolutely warm. The spa I can't speak highly enughf about it. The area for children and children's pools has excellent facilities for those who go with families. The only thing I would say is that there are areas for adults to relax and lay on large public balconies. Children early in the morning staying on this side of the hotel use it as a play area. I just feel more could be done to ensure that this is not used for…
