Rented a car by( I thought) Hertz. Turned out to be Faycan (in Playa Blanca Lanzarote), which I thought strange and was a bit apprehensive about the quality, because unknown. Very quick service, not much explanation but I got a beautifull car that was a pleasure to drive. All in all, I am very pleased with the service of Faycan. regards, Charlotte van der Elst.
