I thought this 2* business needs 5 stars. I was dubious when booking but it was my nearest car hire business... so lady in the outlet was polite after I had booked online but TAKE NOTE - this wasn't the place to pick up the car. Deserved all the great reviews it got from all others. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, cars are sparkling new and clean, collect and return processes are easy and fast and efficient. Located conveniently right next door to the Barcelo Lanzarote resort. Highly recommend if you're looking for a hire car in the area.

Great price and very convenient for Barcello Lanzarote Active Resort. I ordered the car online then went to the store to ask to pick up from the store next to the hotel (not the store a couple of miles away in Costa Teguise). If you return the car out of hours, you can return the keys to the hotel reception. I had to park the car a couple of hundred yards away on the road as there was no space anywhere closer.
