Perfectly clean car, exactly the one like on the picture online, communication was always nice and friendly and the whole process went smoothly and without complications.

They asked for a small change in the schedule, got the car deliverd to my appartment in exchange. Smooth handover and dropoff.

The service Las Rosas offer is wonderful. Super helpful and kind. I made a mistake of mixing up days for a return date and they were understanding and helpful in sorting that out. The communication is very professional and warm. We rented two cars, One for a few days and then another one for more than 3 weeks, different models and they both were in good condition and clean. Would highly recommend.

Really pleased with these guys. Friendly, helpful and the car was as good as a Hyundai I10 can be!!!!
