Beware! The entrance is not on Calle Venezuela but around the block on Calle Convento. The charging station is under the Trocadero shopping centre. Charger works well using the Plugsurfing app. Maybe others, or a card, will work too?

Works well, activated with the Endesa app. Even had cell reception at -2 basements level
