Brilliant service! When we arrived we had a warm welcome and our pre booked 4x4 rental was sorted very quickly. Unfortunately upon setting off, we noticed that the tracking was out and we weren't very comfortable with driving it, we stopped off and called the office and they arranged to drive out to meet us with a new available car. Lorrie, the manager at Sixt, truly goes above and beyond for her customers. Even before we arrived in St Lucia she gave us her phone number to help arrange pick up and drop off. She is very responsive, kind, friendly and helpful. The car we had was also brand new and a hatchback instead of the sedan we had rented, which was a nice surprise. I'd definitely recommend Sixt and especially Lorrie!!!

Great experience. Very professional and friendly. Mind you we rented a premium vehicle and bought the top level insurance so they probably doubly liked us. Still, a very good experience. Driving isn't nearly as bad as everyone says. Go slow, pull over to let aggressive drivers pass, and watch your own speed at all times as curves will leap out at you, and you'll be fine. Really a great experience. The staff at Sixt were the first people we interacted in St. Lucia and they were just awesome. Getting the car sorted was a breeze. They explained the usual, permit, insurance etc and without any pressure to upsell. They gave us ton of tips on what to see and where to go. Return was equally a breeze.
