Great car rental! A helpful, friendly team and straightforward booking and good value too. We will definitely use this company again. We rented for a number of weeks and bumped into the owner of the rental business a couple of times during our rental and we were approached personally if all was OK with the car.. this was outstanding customer service! I totally recomend Direct Car Rentals in Ciudad Quesada

They met me on a public holiday to pick up the car and drop off on a Sunday, the flexibility as great. Pick up and drop off was super easy and the team was friendly. The car had some scratches and showed signs of being used however it ran well and gave no issues. So over all very happy with the service.

I hired the car for 5 days, got a very personalised service, which is very rare to find these days. Booking was very easy and simple, great car, drop-off and pickup service with a smile. Highly recommend, not forgetting the pricing is superb

We hired a can this week and it was great. It's really made our holiday The process was so easy, the car was exactly what we needed and the staff were extremely helpful. They offered to drop the car off and drop us off when we dropped it back off. 10/10 highly recommended
