Used Budget for 25 days in September /October and the service and support was second to none. One issue with an engine management light coming on resulted in the car being exchanged and upgraded. Have just used them for 15 days in Spain. Like many car hire companies at Murcia Airport they are off airport, but this keeps the costs down - Firefly car charge a premium fee for on airport collection around 40 EU. Everything went well, no hard insurance sale, full to full fuel with no fees or no queues. Easy to access for roads.
